Gerard Darel celebrates the opening of the first boutique at ifc mall

Hong Kong, 2^rd March 2023 – Gerard Darelhas opened its newest boutique at ifc mall in Central. This marks the brand's first boutique in Hong Kong since their debut to the city in 2021. To mark the occasion, Hong Kong actresses and fashion aficionados, Hedwig Tam Sin-Yin and Ashley Lin Kae Ning have been invited to Gerard Darelifc store to join in celebrating.

The House of Gerard Darelhas created the subtle shades of its Spring-Summer 2023 collection using tones of femininity and romanticism with a backdrop of casual elegance. Equal parts classic and contemporary, the label has reinvented its line along the fine silk thread that runs between feminine and masculine, knitwear and prints, white and color, and always with the sophistication of timeless artisanal know-how. An ode to women in lyrical fashion.

	Embroidery The embroidery work of Gerard Darel reflects the care taken to promote artisanal know-how. As if inspired by dream journeys, each piece is signed with updated traditional motifs. A Mexican-inspired poncho and jacket, a blouse with Romanian-style patterns, or Moroccan embroidery that plays with shades of indigos with each stitch helping to bring out a djellaba-style dress. The inimitable hand-woven finesse enhances the play on colors to give an elegant upbeat look.
	Prints Gerard Darel prints give the collection a bloom of color with the boldness of wild flowers and the elegance of a bouquet of roses. Available in shades of tie dye polka dots, this motley print naturally combines with the floral motif and cashmere on cotton voile, already a Gerard Darel iconic piece. 	Color Block A play on nuances between feminine and masculine for plain suits with bold colors.
